Not at all. Body Balance is designed for all levels. Each session can be adapted, so beginners feel comfortable while more experienced participants can challenge themselves.

Most people notice changes in posture, energy, and calmness within 3–4 weeks when practicing 2–3 times a week. Consistency is more important than duration — small, regular steps build long-lasting balance.

Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is best. A yoga mat and a bottle of water are usually enough. No special equipment is required, just an open mind and a willingness to reconnect with your body.
